Great episode. Inspired me to compile all my doctors notes and other data sources and see what Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT all think about a minor but persistent medical issue I’ve had. They all said the same thing, which inspires confidence.
What data are these AI’s getting trained on for their medical opinions? It seems to be decent quality if it helped so significantly in both of your stories. If they just scraped the open web, they’d probably get a lot of crackpot stuff. Do they use all the top medical journals and health textbooks?
